To grow well, you have to grow good soil.  We are cultivating good soil by collaborating with local farms to bring you good food done well.  We are honoring the community we are very much happy to be a part of.   COLLETTE means “Victory of the People”.   Please keep in mind that our menu is subject to change based on the availability of our farmers.
